Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- We offer flat rate shipping of $9.99 CAD to addresses within Canada.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $85 CAD within Canada
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: USA.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Fleurève Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Fleurève Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We ship to P.O. Box addresses in Canada. Please ensure that your address includes all necessary information for P.O. Box delivery.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
